Returns

You will need to inspect your product(s) to make sure nothing is physically wrong with it. If there is any damage to it in the shipping process, you need to contact us at info@homebargear.comor 724-494-0100 within 15 days (Mon. thru Fri. 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. eastern standard time).  PLEASE ALLOW US 24 HOURS TO RETURN YOUR CALLS.

DO NOT SEND ANY PRODUCTS BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE WITHOUT SPEAKING TO US FIRST!

Most items carry a 15 day, money back guarantee. What this means is that you have 15 days after you receive the order to return merchandise for a refund. If your merchandise was damaged upon delivery, please contact us via e-mail or phone and we will assist you on the return of any merchandise. Our phone number is 724-494-0100. We encourage our customers to inspect the contents of the package(s) as soon as the order is delivered to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our 15-day, money back guarantee. We will be unable to issue any type of refund after our 15-day guarantee has expired.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. 
 
Note: Damaged or defective personalized items will be replaced as soon as we are notified of the problem with the merchandise.  Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes on personalized items once they are placed, as they are immediately sent into production upon ordering.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Please let us know the following information if an item was damaged upon delivery:

1. Your name, address, phone number or email address.
2. Date item ordered and order number.
3. Name of the website where your ordered your merchandise.
4. Did the shipping container show any signs of damage? If so, please do not destroy the carton the merchandise arrived in.

You WILL NOT be responsible for return shipping costs for merchandise that was damaged upon delivery.

Damaged Neons & Neon Clocks

SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR AN UNDAMAGED ITEM.

Please let us know the following information on all non-defective merchandise:

1. Your name, address, phone number or email address.
2. Date item ordered and order number.
3. Name of the website where you purchased your merchandise.
4. Shipping charges back to HOMEBARGEAR.COM must be paid by the consumer.

When the item has been returned and inspected, we will credit your account for the merchandise amount only. Shipping costs to send the item to you will not be returned.

Product must be returned in the original shipping carton (unless damaged) and have original packing.

Truck Deliveries - If you purchased a tiki bar or other large piece of furniture that came by truck, please inspect this furniture for shipping damage WHILE the delivery people are still there. If the furniture is damaged, REFUSE DELIVERY! Please let us know that you have refused delivery so we can send a new one ASAP.
