Normal Production Times For Personalized Items

As a general rule, most of our personalized items take anywhere from 2- 3 business (M-F) days in production from the time you submit your order to the time your order ships. This production time may be slightly longer around holidays.
Note: If a personalized item is ordered after 5 p.m. (EST) or weekends, it will not be put in production until the next business day.
Our personalized items ship from several locations around the country depending on the item ordered and generally take anywhere from 6 - 8 business days for delivery. Upgrading shipping will only shorten the ship time, not the printing process time. Almost all of the personalized products that customers orders are for gifts and nearly everyone asks if their order can be rushed. Because of this we do not offer rush service on the production time of our personalized products.
Hint: In the event you require a personalized item for an immediate special occasion, we suggest that once you order the item, simply go back and print the image from the website and include it in a card or wrap it up in a box. You can always have the item delivered direct to your gift recipient by choosing the ship to option in our checkout.
Made-To-Order & Personalized Signs Production Times
As a general rule, most of our personalized signs take anywhere from 2- 3 business (M-F) days in production from the time you submit your order to the time your order ships. This production time may be slightly longer around holidays.
We do have quite a few made-to-order or personalized signs that take anywhere from 10 - 15 business (M-F) days in production from the time you submit your order to the time your order ships. These signs will have a product number followed by ds (ex. 1234-ds). Delivery of these signs are about 3 - 4 weeks. There may be delays around major holidays especially Christmas. All dates are approximate and DO NOT APPLY during the month of December for the Christmas Holiday season. We do not suggest shipping to PO Boxes. The order may not arrive on time. We also suggest that your customer give his home address rather than work address.

Orders must be complete to meet listed deadlines (complete address, personalization, etc.) Please keep in mind that we do not add punctuation or assume your spelling of personalization is correct, so please make sure what you put on your purchase order is how you want the personalization to appear on your sign.
Rush Shipping Services
We do have customers that will contact us for rush shipping services. Upgrading shipping will only shorten the ship time, not the printing process or in production time.
