Production Times For Personalized & Made-To-Order Items
Our personalized items ship from several locations from around the country. Depending on the item that your ordered, the product will generally take anywhere from 8 - 20 business days to be delivered. Note: Listed below you will find specific processing and delivery timelines for products by prefix. The Prefix will be the first 2 or 3 letters followed by the Item Number. (Example ds-3926)
cc - Printing process takes 2 - 3 business days. Delivery 6 - 8 business days.
jds - Printing process takes 2 - 3 business days. Delivery 6 - 8 business days.
ti - Printing process takes 5 - 7 business days. Delivery 10 - 15 business days.
pp - Printing process takes 10 - 15 business days. Delivery 3 - 4 weeks.
ds - Printing process takes 10 - 15 business days. Delivery 3 - 4 weeks.
ds5 - Printing process takes 5 business days. Delivery 2 - 3 weeks
ds1 - Printing process takes 1 business day. Delivery 5 - 7 business days.
Note: If a personalized item is ordered after 5 p.m. (EST) or weekends, it will not be put in production until the next business day.
Orders must be complete to meet listed deadlines (complete address, personalization, etc.) Please keep in mind that we do not add punctuation or assume your spelling of personalization is correct, so please make sure what you put on your purchase order is how you want the personalization to appear on your sign.
Hint: In the event you require a personalized item for an immediate special occasion, we suggest that once you order the item, simply go back and print the image from the website and include it in a card or wrap it up in a box. You can always have the item delivered direct to your gift recipient by choosing the ship to option in our checkout.
Christmas Delivery
There may be delays around major holidays especially Christmas. All dates are approximate and DO NOT APPLY during the month of December for the Christmas Holiday season.
We do not suggest shipping to PO Boxes. The order may not arrive on time. We also suggest that you give us your home address rather than work address as the item may not arrive until Christmas Eve.
Rush Shipping Services
We do have customers that will contact us for rush shipping services. Upgrading shipping will only shorten the ship time, not the printing process or in production time.
