HOW DO I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
 
You will need to click on My Account that is located in the top right hand corner of each page.  You will be prompted to sign in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current or past orders.
 
I TRIED TO PLACE AN ORDER BUT THE ORDER WAS DECLINED, WHY DID THIS HAPPEN?
 
Many times a transaction wil be declined for failure to enter the correct address / zip code during the ordering process. When completing the checkout process, your billing address and zip code must match the address on your credit card bill.  Our merchant account is set-up to decline these transactions if the address on file with the card issuing bank does not match.  Note:  Merchants use an address verification service for Card Not Present Transactions. We use this setting to prevent fraud in the event your credit card is lost or stolen.
 
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT MY CREDIT CARD WAS DECLINED, BUT MY BANK RECORDS SHOW THAT THE MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, WHAT IS GOING ON?

When a credit card transaction is declined the customers issuing bank still "holds" the funds for a period of 24-48 hours before "releasing" them back into your account. Depending on the issuing bank this can usually be remedied by just calling the banks customer service and asking to restore the funds on your account. If the bank needs any information from our end we are more than happy to help out.
 
DO YOU SEND OUT A PROOF ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS?
 
No, we do not send out a proof on personalized items.  The only item that we send out a proof for would be our Custom Sign.
 
DO YOU OFFER RUSH SERVICES WHEN ORDERING PERSONALIZED ITEMS?
 
No, Almost all of the personalized products that customers orders are for gifts and nearly everyone asks if their order can be rushed. Because of this we do not offer rush service on the production time of our personalized products. Upgrading shipping will only shorten the ship time, not the printing process time.
 
I TRIED PLACING AN ORDER FOR ONE OF YOUR PRODUCTS BUT COULD NOT SINCE IT DOES NOT LET YOU CHOOSE ANOTHER COUNTRY.  DO YOU SHIP TO OTHER COUNTRIES?
 
Orders must be made with a US credit card and shipped to a US address.
