I TRIED TO PLACE AN ORDER BUT THE ORDER WAS DECLINED, WHY DID THIS HAPPEN?
Many times an order is declined for failure to enter the correct address / zip code during the ordering process. Our merchant account is set-up to decline these transactions if the address on file with the card issuing bank does not match. We use this setting to prevent fraud in the event your credit card is lost or stolen.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT MY CREDIT CARD WAS DECLINED, BUT MY BANK RECORDS SHOW THAT THE MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, WHAT IS GOING ON?
When a credit card transaction is declined the customers issuing bank still "holds" the funds for a period of 24-48 hours before "releasing" them back into your account. Depending on the issuing bank this can usually be remedied by just calling the banks customer service and asking to restore the funds on your account. If the bank needs any information from our end we are more than happy to help out.
DO YOU SEND OUT A PROOF ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS?
No, we do not send out a proof on personalized items. The only item that we send out a proof for would be our Custom Sign. |
