Damaged Neon Signs & Neon Clocks

If you ordered a neon product and your item was damaged by the carrier during delivery. You must follow our claim procedure precisely. All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours or 2 business days of confirmed delivery. If you do not report damage in the required time frame. Your request will be denied.

Do not call or email us to return the sign because you do not like the sign design or you changed your mind. If for any reason you ship your purchase back. It is highly likely that it will be broken during shipping. You will be entirely responsible for reimbursing us for the full amount. That is why the sale is final.

1.If you receive the sign and there are broken neon tubes - we will supply you with free replacement tube(s).

Parts in stock will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.Some parts maybe out of stock and may take 3-5 to arrive from directly from the factory.

2.We will send you a link directing you to our replacement part section so you can easily point out the tubes that you need. Each section is labeled for easy identification for you. You will then send us an email with a picture of the broken tube/tubes and the part number that you need. This will make the process very easy and quick for everyone. You will need to fill out the form and email it back to us within 24 hours of receipt.

3. When you receive the replacement parts, you need to have some ability to change the parts yourself. We will send you a link that will show you step by step instructions on how to change the tubes. You can also bring it to a neon sign repair shop. In any case, we are not responsible for any labor charged for replacing the tubes if you bring them to a shop. From our experience, changing the tubes are simple. The main thing is to be very careful and take your time while changing it. If you break any additional tubes and need further replacements there will be a small charge for extra parts plus S & H.

4. Any package returned or refused without authorization will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. In addition buyer will also be responsible for all return postage and shipping charges incurred for non authorized returns. This item is a final sale item. No Refunds Will be Issued.

Buyer is responsible for accurate shipping and email information. If your email is not accurate. We cannot contact you regarding your purchase. This may slow down the time your item will get to you. Neon Warranty
 
This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship which occur during normal use. It does not cover damage which occurs in shipment or failures which are caused by products not supplied by Home Bar Gear, or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, modification, or commercial use of this product or service by anyone other than Home Bar Gear, or damage that is attributable to acts of God. Warranty does not apply to the breakage or discoloration of the neon tube.

There are no expressed warranties except as listed above.
