Yes - we do dropship some of our products. "Dropship" items are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from a warehouse run by one of our national suppliers. We use this method to offer you the broadest selection of products at the lowest cost. You may receive your order in multiple shipments. But don't worry, there is no extra shipping charge.
Note: Personalized items are not returnable unless damaged or defective. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes on personalized items once they are placed, as they are immediately sent into production upon ordering.
